Hannah provided an overview of the December report.\u00a0 There were\u00a0217 incidents investigated in December.\u00a0 The public is asked to provide license plate numbers of vehicles with loud mufflers so that the department\u00a0can alleviate this problem.\u00a0 A new constable has arrived.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>4.4 Veterans Community Hall &#8211;
