\nRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Special Meeting of Council held this 6th day of January, 2016 shall be adopted as presented.

\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, the Council as a whole shall go into camera and close the meeting to the public to discuss employee related issues.
