\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby approve the transfer of $198,500.00 to the Road Maintenance Reserve fund.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain approve the timesheets for Mafeking Fire Department as attached hereto in Schedule \u2018A\u2019; and authorize payment of same.

Councillor Forbes declared an interest and left the meeting for Res. No. 502\/15.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Cheque Nos. 20151476 to 20151555 be approved for payment in the amount of $59,615.92, including $3,824.27 for Councillor Indemnities, as authorized by By-Law 02\/14 and $4,810.30 directly deposited to payees, attached hereto as Schedule \u2018A\u2019.

\nWHEREAS municipal policy states Fire Department equipment must only be used for fire protection, suppression, emergency services or training unless authorized by Resolution of Council;<\/p>\n
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby approve the request of the Pine River Fire Department to use the Green Tanker to flood the Pine River Skating Rink.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain consider and accept the request of the employee on leave, subject to the terms & conditions as recommended by the Personnel Committee, attached hereto as Schedule \u2018A\u2019.

\nWHEREAS By-Law No. 09\/11 allows Council to extend the time of adjournment after curfew by on half hour;<\/p>\n
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the regular meeting of council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain be extended to 5:00 pm.
