\n<\/br>The Purpose of the meeting is to discuss;
\n\t\t– Creation of the position of Superintendent of Public Works
\n\t\t– Provide Notice of the new Superintendent & Management Authority<\/p>\n

Councillors:\t\tCarrie Blosha, Brian Burick, Glen Foster, David Minish, Terry Neely, Stan Potten<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Special Meeting of Council held this 4TH day of December, 2015 shall be adopted as presented.
\nCarried<\/p>\n

\tDAVID MINISH
\n\tSTAN POTTEN
\n\tRESOLVED that the position of Superintendent of Public Works shall be created for the purpose of providing management of the Public Works Staff, Equipment and \tMunicipal Works, and;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kevin Genoway shall be promoted to the position of \tInterim-Superintendent of Public Works under the terms and conditions set in the \tagreement dated December 4th, 2015, and;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this interim position shall continue until such time as the position of Superintendent of Public Works can be clearly defined, advertised, \tand filled, or until January 31st, 2016 at which time the terms of the appointment will be renegotiated.
