\n\tRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Special Meeting of Council held this 1ST day of December, 2015 shall be adopted as presented.

\n\tRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, the Council as a whole shall go into camera and close the meeting to the public to discuss Human \tResource Issues.
\nCarried<\/p>\n

*Councillor Minish fell ill and left the meeting at 7:05 pm*
\n*Councillor Blosha was called away from the meeting at 7:40 pm*<\/p>\n
