\nRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Special Meeting of Council held this 3rd day of November, 2015 shall be adopted as amended.

\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, the Council as a whole shall go \tinto camera and close the meeting to the public to discuss the hiring of a CAO.
