\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

2.\tC. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on October 20th, 2015 shall be adopted as circulated.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

3.\tG. Bartel \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tWHEREAS Council has received a Progress Estimate for the Site 9-2012 as well as the Contractors Invoice; and
\n\tWHEREAS Stantec has reviewed the invoice and recommends that the Municipality make payment in full as indicated.
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay the attached invoice and authorize the CAO to sign the Progress Estimate as required.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

4.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 S. Walmsley
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the attached list of outstanding utilities be moved to taxes.
\n \tCarried.<\/p>\n

5.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tWHEREAS the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman no longer requires the 3chequing accounts associated with the Town of Minitonas, RM of Minitonas and the Village of Bowsman held at the Swan Valley Credit Union;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the CAO shall be authorized to request that the aforementioned accounts be closed and have any existing funds transferred to the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Chequing account.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

6.\tJ. Caruk – S. Walmsley
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council at 8:00 pm for the Board of Revision.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

7.\tG. Bartel \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tWHEREAS the Board of Revision is now adjourned;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby reconvene the regular meeting at 9:10 pm.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

8.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

9.\tG. Bartel \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime reports as submitted,
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee\u2019s report.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

10.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-law No. 10\/2015, being a by-law of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman for the purpose of establishing a public recreation commissions, shall be introduced and read a first time this 3rd day of November, 2015 A.D.
\n\tCarried<\/p>\n

11.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attached quote for signs at the Nuisance Grounds;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT we also approve the attached quote for Municipal signs.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

12.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby designate the date of November 14th, 2015 as the Lenswood Community Event known as the \u2018Lenswood Harvest Wind up Dance\u2019.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

13.\tG. Bartel \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby accept written notice from Gaile Sagert regarding the termination of agreement for the \u201cLibrary 2nd Floor Rental\u201d as of November 30th, 2015 with regrets.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

14.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-law.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

15.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to impose a fine in the amount of $200.00 in regards to the attached breach of the Animal Control By-law.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

16.\tG. Bartel \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to put a periodical column in the Swan Valley Star & Times for the remainder of 2015 and 2016.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

17.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Mychalchuk
\n\tWHEREAS Resolution #6 was passed on October 20th, 2015 stating Council\u2019s desired to honor a resolution from 2014 regarding the Minitonas Nuisance Ground scrap metal pile; and
\n\tWHEREAS an agreement was presented to Swan River Scrap Metal in regards to the 2014 resolution and was rejected;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to accept the attached quote for removal of the Minitonas Nuisance Ground Scrap Metal pile and the Bowsman Nuisance Ground Scrap Metal pile.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Reeve and Chief Administrative Officer shall be authorized to sign an agreement regarding the aforementioned removal.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

Councillor Bartel declared a conflict of interest and left the meeting @ 11:31 pm.<\/p>\n

18.\tS. Walmsley – L. Mychalchuk
\n\tWHEREAS Council has received a request from the Minitonas Curling Club for a substantial grant to operate the Curling Rink for the 2015-16 season; and
\n\tWHEREAS the 2015 budget has already been set and Council is unable to contribute more than what is already budgeted for taxes and insurance.
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council regretfully declines the request.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

Councillor Bartel Retuned to the Meeting @ 12:06 pm.<\/p>\n

19.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 12:30 a.m. to meet again on November 17th, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
