\n\tRESOLVED that the 2014 Audited Financial Statement for the Village of Benito \tshall be hereby accepted by the Council of the Municipality of Swan Valley West \tas presented this 7th day of August, 2015.

\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA
\n\tWHEREAS there has been a request for quotes issued to local contractors and \ttwo quotes have been received;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that we do hereby agree to hire the services of JTL \tBA-KO Services LTD. for the Municipal portion of the project at the Junction of Rd \t#224N & Rd #160 W and shall also include the flood repairs under the DFA \tprogram at the same location.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n

\n\tDAVID MINISH
\n\tRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, the Council as a \twhole shall go into camera and close the meeting to the public to discuss Reeve\u2019s \tConcerns and Concerns of Members of Council.

\n\tRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(4) of the Municipal Act, this meeting \tshall re-opened to the public.
