\n\tRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Special Meeting of Council held this 28th day of August, 2015 shall be adopted as presented.

\n\tRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, the Council as a whole shall go into camera and close the meeting to the public to discuss various employee issues.

\n\tRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(4) of the Municipal Act, this meeting shall be re-opened to the public.

\n\tRESOLVED that we do hereby agree to purchase a custom made geotextile roller from Grazier Manufacturing as per the quote attached hereto.

\n\tWHEREAS the promotion of Swan Valley Businesses is critical to the success of the local businesses and for the Valley\u2019s sustainable future;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that we do hereby agree to provide a letter of support for the application being submitted to the Province of Manitoba for funding under the \tPartner 4 Growth Program that will make it possible to allow the part time person \temployed by the Swan Valley Chamber of Commerce to work more hours each week \tand provide the necessary administrative duties to assist with the much needed \tplanning, support and promotion of local businesses.
