\tProperty located at 700 Church Avenue in Kenville, MB. And;<br \/>\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there be a condition included that the Municipality has the right \tto refuse any and all offers to purchase said property and, should a successful tender be \taccepted, that the terms and conditions of said sale shall be set as per the agreement \tattached hereto.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n<p>17.\tBRIAN BURICK<br \/>\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED that Cemetery Grants shall be paid as set out in the Municipality\u2019s 2015 Financial \tPlan as Follows;<br \/>\nBenito Cemetery $400<br \/>\nBowsman Cemetery $400<br \/>\nAlpine Cemetery $300<br \/>\nRiverside Cemetery $300<br \/>\nDurban Joint Stock Cemetery $300<br \/>\nFairdale Cemetery $300<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>18.\tSTAN POTTEN<br \/>\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Monday, June 29th, 2015 at 8:30 \tam for the purpose of Interviewing and possibly hiring a Casual Equipment Operator.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n<p>19.\tGLEN FOSTER<br \/>\n\tBRIAN BURICK<br \/>\n\tWHEEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has discussed the need for a\tpart-time Public Works Labourer for the Benito LUD, and the cost of said employee has been \tincluded in the LUD of Benito Service Plan for 2015;<br \/>\n\tTHEREFORE Be IT RESOLVED that we do hereby agree to advertise said position as per the job \tdescription attached hereto, with a start date as can be mutually agreed.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n<p>20.\tSTAN POTTEN<br \/>\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED that the attached invoice, which includes $24,480 for crack sealing as previously \tapproved plus $1500 for sweeping, is hereby approved for payment.<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n<p>21.\tGLEN FOSTER<br \/>\n\tDAVID MINISH<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby approved \tthe following payments:<br \/>\nGeneral Cheques #11410 to #11449 for a total of $179, 039.36<br \/>\n\tPayroll Cheques #202 to #221 for a total of $25,544.02<br \/>\n\tFor a Grand Total of $204,583.38<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n<p>22.\tSTAN POTTEN<br \/>\n\tBRIAN BURICK<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED that the Board of Revision for the 2016 Assessment Roll will be set for November \t10th, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipality of Swan Valley West, 216 \tMain Street West, Swan River MB. And;<br \/>\n\tBE IT RESOLVED that the Members of Council shall sit as a Board for the purpose of hearing \tapplications for revision of assessments under Subsection 42(1) of the Municipal Assessment \tAct, with the Reeve to sit as the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Administrative Officer \tto sit as a Secretary of the Board.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>23.\tGLEN FOSTER<br \/>\n\tDAVID MINISH<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED that, in accordance with Subsections 41(2) and 41(3) of the Municipal Assessment \tAct, the attached ad for the Board of Revision for the 2016 Assessment Roll will be printed in \tthe Star &#038; Times on October 6th, 2015 and October 20th, 2015 and posted in the Municipal \tOfficers at 216 Main Street West, Swan River, MB. And at 126 Main Street, Benito MB.
