Police seized 164 marihuana plants, a quantity of harvested marihuana and various drug paraphernalia. A total of 7 firearms were also seized from the residence.<\/p>\n<p>Carol Marie Dutchak, 60, of the R.M. of Mountain, was arrested and charged with Production and Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, as well as 5 firearms related charges. Clayton Patrick Dutchak, 34, was also arrested and charged with Production and Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, as well as 7 firearms related charges.
