\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on April 7th, 2015 shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 305 to 408 inclusive, amounting to $219,283.52

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to provide a grant in the amount of $100.00 to the 2015 Annual Swan Valley 4-H Beef Show & Sale.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay the 2014-2015 snowplowing indemnities as per the attached.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned indemnities shall be paid with the April 30th month end payment.

\n\tWHEREAS it is necessary to transfer funds deposited to the old accounts for the Town of Minitonas, the RM of Minitonas and the Village of Bowsman taken for payment on outstanding accounts through the newly amalgamated municipality;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the list of transfers to the General Chequing Account as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to the Contract Agreements attached hereto as Schedule \u2018A\u2019.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT these contracts will be in effect for the 2015 calendar year.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby implement a burning ban in the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman until further notice.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the attached list of ads shall be sent for printing in the April 28th, 2015 edition of the Star & Times and also from April 28th to May5th, 2015 on ValleyBiz.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to sell the Trailer Tech trailer at the upcoming Eisner Auction Sale in June.

\n\tWHEREAS the Council of Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman feels that it is important for all employees to be accessible by telecommunications during work hours for safety and efficiency;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to purchase a cell phone to be used by Public Works as per the attached.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT there is no longer a need to have a land line in the Minitonas Shop and therefore shall be disconnected.

13.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tWHEREAS Dog Licenses are to be paid annually in the Town of Minitonas as per Bylaw number 5\/2002, and
\n\tWHEREAS the licenses are to be purchased by January 30th; and
\n\tWHEREAS letters were sent out in March stating that anyone who hasn\u2019t obtained a dog license by March 31st shall be fined in accordance with the aforementioned bylaw.
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to levy fines against the dog owners listed on schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to purchase the following promotional items as per the attached quotes.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Municipality hereby revokes the Pre-Authorized Payment to Intuit Canada as attached \u201cSchedule A\u201d

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to renew the following memberships, previously established by the RM of Minitonas, Town of Minitonas & Village of Bowsman;

\nParkland Regional Library

\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the associated annual membership fees shall be \tapproved for payment as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the revisions to the list of Committee Appointments as attached hereto.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current By-Law.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to purchase Magnesium Chloride for Dust Control from Fort Distributors as per the attached details & quote, and;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT an ad be placed in the Star & Times with a deadline of May 29th, 2015 by which applications and payments must be submitted.
