<\/br>The Swan Valley Fine Arts Festivals began another season of festivals with a very successful \u2018Fiddlin\u2019 Festival held at Temple Baptist Church on Friday, March 20, 2015

\n<\/br>
\n<\/br>
\nThe day began with an early morning session where fiddling students performed for adjudication. <\/p>\n

<\/br>This year the festival committee welcomed Ameena Bajer-Koulack from Winnipeg as their enthusiastic adjudicator.
\n<\/br>
\n<\/br>
\n<\/br>Here are some of the performers who presented some great fiddle music. These fiddlers were accompanied by fiddle instructor Marcel Hapel.<\/p>\n

Small groups and ensembles also performed including the Janzen family of Minitonas.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

After the morning and afternoon adjudicated sessions ended, the day concluded with two sessions in the evening. The first session was a skills session where Ameena Bajer-Koulack and Marcel Hapel taught useful fiddle skills and new songs to the groups of fiddlers who attended.<\/p>\n
