Eisner<br \/>\nCouncillors: G. Bartel, J. Caruk, C. Densen, L. Hutman, L. Mychalchuk &#038; S. Walmsley Acting Assistant CAO: K. Chartrand <\/p>\n<p>Additions to Agenda:<\/p>\n<p>2.3 Bank Account Report<\/p>\n<p>1.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Mychalchuk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS a municipality must provide their employees with a pension plan (Section 406(2), Municipal Act) and may provide other benefits if they so choose; and<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS the Village of Bowsman, Town of Minitonas, and Rural Municipality of Minitonas had agreements with the Municipal Employees Benefits Program; and<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS council feels it is important to continue to offer benefits option to their employees;<br \/>\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to enter in to the agreements with the Municipal Employees Benefits Program as attached hereto as \u2018Schedule A\u2019.<br \/>\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Reeve and Acting Assistant Chief Administrative Officer shall be authorized to sign said agreements on behalf of the municipality.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tL. Hutman \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to place an ad in the Star &#038; Times Bundles of Joy edition.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to use the attached General Consent Form in the interim until a policy can be created.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tG. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act, and in respect to Employee Interviews.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Mychalchuk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 G.
