Present were Mayor Leanne Hutman, Councillors Daphne Currie, Michelle Baudin, Joyce Readman and Courtney Densen. <\/p>\n

Also present was C.A.O. Patti Simpson.<\/p>\n

CALL TO ORDER 7:30 pm
\n1. Daphne Currie, Joyce Readman;
\nRESOLVED THAT the agenda for the November 19, 2014 regular meeting of council be adopted as amended.
\nCarried<\/p>\n

2. Michelle Baudin, Joyce Readman;
\nRESOLVED THAT the following minutes be adopted as presented:
\nOctober 15, 2014 (Regular)
\nOctober 21, 2014 (Special)
\nNovember 4, 2014 (Special & Hearing)
\nNovember 12, 2014 (Special & Hearing).

3. Courtney Densen, Michelle Baudin;
\nRESOLVED THAT authorization be given of the following accounts:
\n#3863 – #3919 inclusive amounting to $58,953.16.
\nCarried<\/p>\n

4. Michelle Baudin, Joyce Readman;
\nRESOLVED THAT the Village Office be closed the week of December 22-26, 2014.
\nCarried<\/p>\n

5. Joyce Readman, Courtney Densen;
\nWHEREAS the Village of Bowsman Council has received a letter from Prairie Mountain Health with requesting a financial contribution of $1,870 toward the redevelopment of the ER & Special Care Unit, as well as the building addition needed to house the MRI Unit, all at the Dauphin Regional Health Centre, and;
\nWHEREAS the Village of Bowsman will be amalgamating with the Town of Minitonas and the RM of Minitonas on January 1st, 2015 and the current council cannot make any financial decisions that are not included in the 2014 budget or that will be binding on the future council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned request shall be forwarded to the new council when they take office on January 1st, 2015.

6. Joyce Readman, Michelle Baudin;
\nRESOLVED THAT the meeting adjourn at 10:47p.m. to meet again for the next regular meeting of Council to be held December 15, 2014 @7:00 p.m.
