\nRESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on October 28, 2014 be adopted as presented.

\nRESOLVED that the agenda for the Regular Meeting held on November 18, 2014 be adopted as presented.

\nRESOLVED that By-Law #05\/14, being a By-Law of the Village of Benito to provide for the fixing and recovery of a charge related to false fire alarms be read a first time.

\nRESOLVED that By-Law #05\/14, being a By-Law of the Village of Benito to provide for the fixing and recovery of a charge related to false fire alarms be read a second time.

\nRESOLVED that By-Law #06\/14, being a By-Law of the Village of Benito to appoint Designated Officers to manage the operations of the Benito Fire Department be read a first time.

\nRESOLVED that By-Law #06\/14, being a By-Law of the Village of Benito to appoint Designated Officers to manage the operations of the Benito Fire Department be read a second time.

\nRESOLVED that accounts numbered 25694 to 25751 in the amount totaling $46,539.90 be ratified as paid.

\nRESOLVED that the Financial Statement to October 31, 2014 be accepted as presented.

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Benito approve the purchase of a Toro ZX5400 Mower as per quote attached hereto as Schedule \u201cA\u201d.

\nBE IT RESOLVED that Policy #310 of the Benito Fire Department Operating Procedures Manual be accepted as amended to include the changes to response procedures for all Fire Department units.

\nRESOLVED that the October\/November Animal Control Report be accepted as presented by the Animal Control Officer.

\nRESOLVED that the Village of Benito transfer funds from the General Operating Fund to Reserves as per Schedule \u201cA\u201d attached hereto.

\nWHEREAS the October Employee overtime reports have been received and reviewed by Council;
\nBE IT RESOLVED that the overtime hours recorded be accepted as presented and be approved for payment as attached hereto.
