Present: Deputy Mayor Scouten, Councilor Zebinski; Councilor Offenberger; Councilor Schneider
\nAbsent: Mayor Meadows<\/p>\n

Chief Administrative Officer ~ Pat Ellingson.<\/p>\n

Deputy Mayor Scouten called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on September 9, 2014 be adopted as presented.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

2. \t\tSCHNEIDER
\n \tOFFENBERGER
\nRESOLVED that the agenda for the Regular Meeting held on September 23, 2014 be adopted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

3.\t \tZEBINSKI
\n \t\t\tOFFENBERGER<\/p>\n

RESOLVED that By-Law #03\/14, being a By-Law of the Village of Benito to provide for the expenditure and borrowing of funds for the replacement of sewer line infrastructure on First Street E. be read a second time.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the September Maintenance report be accepted as presented by the Maintenance Supervisor.

\nRESOLVED that the Financial Statement and the Bank Reconciliation to August 31, 2014 be accepted as presented.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

6. \tOFFENBERGER
\n \t\t\tZEBINSKI
\nRESOLVED that the Village of Benito authorize the payment of $918.75 as final payment for completion of the Water Rate Study, to Way To Go Consulting.
\nCarried<\/p>\n

7. \tSCHNEIDER
\n\t \t\t\tZEBINSKI
\nRESOLVED that the August\/September Animal Control Report be accepted as presented by the Animal Control Officer.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

8. \t\tZEBINSKI
\n\t\tOFFENBERGER
\nRESOLVED that members of council and the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to attend the G-7 Meeting in Bowsman on Monday October 6, 2014.
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that mileage and expenses be authorized for payment.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nWHEREAS the August employee overtime reports have been received and reviewed by Council;
\nBE IT RESOLVED that the overtime hours recorded be accepted as presented and be approved for payment as attached hereto.

\n\t\t\tZEBINSKI
\nRESOLVED that The Village Office be closed on Monday September 29, 2014.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that we do adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council at 10 pm.
