SW \u00bc 26-34-28W and has made application to subdivide an 18.0 acre Rural Residential Parcel with an existing yardsite and residence;<br \/>\nAND the subject property is designated AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT AREA according to the Swan Valley Planning District Development Plan and is zoned \u201cAG\u201d Agricultural General according to the R.M. of Swan River Zoning By-Law #2383-04;<br \/>\nAND the Development Plan section 3.3.4.3 d) allows for a \u201csubdivision of an existing farmstead which contains a habitable dwelling and\/or defined shelterbelt which is no longer required as part of the farming operation and has become surplus\u201d;<br \/>\nAND the Zoning By-Law provides for the location of a non-farm Rural Residence as a permitted us within the \u201cAG\u201d Zone and the lot conforms to all minimum requirements\u2019<br \/>\nNOW THEREFORE BE IS RESOLVED that council in meeting duly assembled hereby approve said subdivision application.\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n<p>ALEX HALUSCHAK<br \/>\nBRIAN BURICK<br \/>\nWHEREAS Reinhold &#038; Leona Seib are the owners of Pt.
