\nWHEREAS By-Law No. 2381-04, done and passed by council duly assemble, on the 11th day of May, 2004, contains a typographical error in item no. 16;
\nNOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the error be corrected and that the word \u201cappealed\u201d in item no. 16 be replaced with the word \u201crepealed\u201d.
