\"\"A Regular Meeting of Council of the Village of Benito was called to order at 7:00 pm on Tuesday July 8, 2014 in the Village Council Chambers. <\/p>\n

Present: Mayor Meadows; Councilor Zebinski; Councilor Offenberger; Councilor Schneider<\/p>\n

Absent: Deputy Mayor Scouten<\/p>\n

Chief Administrative Officer ~ Pat Ellingson.<\/p>\n

Mayor Meadows called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on June 24, 2014 be adopted as presented.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n OFFENBERGER
\n RESOLVED that the agenda for the Regular Meeting held on July 8, 2014
\n\t be adopted as presented.

\nRESOLVED that following Building Permit be accepted as presented;

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the July Maintenance report be accepted as presented by the Maintenance Supervisor.

\nRESOLVED that the Village of Benito approve a \u00bd page ad for the Benito School Magic Show booklet planned for October 2014.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED that payment of the 911 Per Capita fee in the amount of $1127.23 to the City of Brandon for the year 2014 be hereby approved.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Benito approve the purchase of an FX-1200 Rotary Cutter as per quote attached hereto as Schedule \u201cA\u201d.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tZEBINSKI
\nRESOLVED that the Village of Benito transfer funds from Reserves to the General Operating Fund as per Schedule \u201cA\u201d attached hereto.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED that Policy #200 be accepted as amended to include 17.1 and 17.2 Telephone and Cell Phone Policy, and be added to the Village of Benito Policy & Procedures Manual.
