Present: Mayor Meadows; Deputy Mayor Scouten; Councilor Schneider<\/p>\n

Absent Councilor Offenberger
\n Councilor Zebinski<\/p>\n

Office Clerk ~ Mandy Staples<\/p>\n

Chief Administrative Officer ~ Pat Ellingson.<\/p>\n

Mayor Meadows called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm<\/p>\n

1. \tSCHNEIDER
\n \t\t\tSCOUTEN
\nRESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on March 11, 2014 be adopted as presented
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

2. \t\tSCOUTEN
\n SCHNEIDER
\nRESOLVED that the agenda for the Regular meeting held on March 25, 2014 be adopted as presented
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\n \t\t\tSCHNEIDER
\nBE IT RESOLVED that the March Maintenance report be accepted as presented by the Maintenance Supervisor.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

4. \tSCHNEIDER
\n \t\t\tSCOUTEN
\nWHEREAS the February employee overtime reports have been received and reviewed by Council;
\nBE IT RESOLVED that the overtime hours recorded be accepted as presented and be approved for payment as attached hereto.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\t5. \tSCOUTEN
\n \t\t\tSCHNEIDER
\nRESOLVED that the Village of Benito approve the purchase of office equipment as per Schedule \u201cA\u201d attached hereto.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that we do adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council at 9:00 pm.
