\n \tRESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on January 14, 2014 be adopted as presented.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n RESOLVED that the agenda for the Regular meeting held on January 28, 2014 be adopted as presented.

\nBE IT RESOLVED that Policy #450 as reviewed by Council, be accepted as amended and be added to the Village of Benito Policy & Procedures Manual.

BE IT RESOLVED that the January Maintenance report be accepted as presented by the Maintenance Supervisor.

\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of The Municipal Act, Council go into Committee of the whole and close the meeting to the public.

\nRESOLVED that the pursuant to Section 152(4) of The Municipal Act, that this meeting be re-opened to the public.

\nRESOLVED that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to attend the Mayors, Reeves and CAO\u2019s meeting in Swan River, MB on March 18, 2014; and
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that registration and expenses be authorized for payment as per By-Law #02\/08.

\nRESOLVED that The Village of Benito approve the Agreement, as per Schedule \u201cA\u201d attached hereto, with Louis Delaurier of Swan River, Manitoba to provide Municipal Part 9 Building Code inspection services for the period from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for 2013 inspection services, as attached hereto be approved for payment.

\nRESOLVED that the Village of Benito authorize payment of the (WRARS) Landfill Levy to Green Manitoba for the reporting period July 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 in the amount of $376.60 as required by the Waste Reduction and Recycling Support Program.
