HRAPPSTEAD<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the Minutes the Regular Meeting of Council held Tuesday, December 10, 2013 be adopted as received.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>DON MACHAN<br \/>\nEARL HRAPPSTEAD<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the Agenda of the Regular Council Meeting, held on Tuesday,<br \/>\nDecember 17, 2013 be adopted as received.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>ALEX HALUSCHAK<br \/>\nDON MACHAN<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the R.M. of Swan River Council authorize payment to the Durban Community Centre for sidewalk repairs undertaken by them, in the amount of $2,042.67.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>TERRY NEELY<br \/>\nBRIAN BURICK<br \/>\nRESOLVED that transfer be made from the General Operating Fund to the Gas Tax Reserve in the amount of $151,948.16 as per the 2013 Financial Plan.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n<p>ALEX HALUSCHAK<br \/>\nDON MACHAN<br \/>\nRESOLVED that transfer be made from the Gas Tax Reserve to the General Operating Fund for Infrastructure Projects in the following amounts:<br \/>\nRebuild Haul Road #216\t\t$76,375.59<br \/>\nRebuild Road #161\t\t\t$28,367.08<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>DON MACHAN<br \/>\nTERRY NEELY<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the attached list of Council and Citizen Appoinments for 2014, as reviewed by Council, be approved.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>ALEX HALUSCHAK<br \/>\nBRIAN BURICK<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the attached list of Grants, Donations, and Memberships, as reviewed by council, be approved and added to the 2014 Financial Plan.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>EARL HRAPPSTEAD<br \/>\nTERRY NEELY<br \/>\nRESOLVED that a second and final donation to the Thunderhill Ski Club in the amount of $19,500.00 for upgrades and renovations, be added to the 2014 Financial Plan.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>ALEX HALUSCHAK<br \/>\nDON MACHAN<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the 2014 General Policies Manual be approved as attached hereto.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>EARL HRAPPSTEAD<br \/>\nDON MACHAN<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the Financial Statement to November 30, 2013, be accepted as received.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>EARL HRAPPSTEAD<br \/>\nTERRY NEELY<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the accounts as follows be approved for payment:<br \/>\nGeneral Cheque #8973 to #8991 for a total of $23,003.38 and<br \/>\nPayroll Cheque #5104 to #5112 for a total of $10,996.81.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>DON MACHAN<br \/>\nALEX HALUSCHAK<br \/>\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, this meeting go into camera and close the meeting to the public to \u201cdiscuss a pending agreement\u201d.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>ALEX HALUSCHAK<br \/>\nTERRY NEELY<br \/>\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(4) of the Municipal Act, this meeting be re-opened to the public.<br
