It was learned a few short hours later, that a residential Break &#038; Enter had also occurred in Birch River, MB with resultant charges.<\/p>\n<p>Joseph James Kematch (19 year old male), of Wuskwi Sipihk Cree Nation, MB was charged with:  Break &#038; Enter (business), Break &#038; Enter (residence), Theft under $5000.00 (x 2), Possession of Stolen Property (x 2), Mischief, and Breaching an Undertaking.<\/p>\n<p>A youth accomplice (16 year old male), of Wuskwi Sipihk Cree Nation, MB was charged with:  Break &#038; Enter (business), Break &#038; Enter (residence), Theft under $5000.00 (x 2), Possession of Stolen Property (x 2), Mischief, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Carry a Concealed Weapon, and Breach Probation (x 2).<\/p>\n<p>This matter has been Remanded to Dauphin Provincial Court for November 28, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>No further information is available.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On November 26, 2013 at about 12:30 am, Swan River RCMP were dispatched to a Break &#038; Enter at the elementary school in Birch River, MB.
