\"\"A Regular Meeting of Council of the Village of Benito was called to order at 7:00 pm on Tuesday September 24, 2013 in the Village Council Chambers. <\/p>\n

Present: Mayor Meadows;
\nDeputy Mayor Scouten; <\/p>\n

<\/br>Councilor Schneider; Councilor Offenberger; Councilor Zebinski
\nChief Administrative Officer ~ Pat Ellingson.<\/p>\n

Mayor Meadows called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm<\/p>\n

1. ZEBINSKI
\n SCOUTEN
\nRESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting Council held on September 10, 2013 be adopted as presented.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

2. \t SCHNEIDER
\n OFFENBERGER
\n RESOLVED that the agenda for the Regular meeting held on September 24, 2013 be adopted as amended.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

3.\t SCOUTEN
\n OFFENBERGER
\n RESOLVED that the following Building\/Development Permit be accepted as presented:
\n\t\t1. DP\/BP #08-13 ~Utility Shed
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

4. SCHNEIDER
\n SCOUTEN
\n \tRESOLVED that the Maintenance Report be accepted as presented by the Maintenance Supervisor.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried. \t\t\t\t\t\t <\/p>\n

5. ZEBINSKI
\n SCOUTEN
\n RESOLVED that the Financial Statement and Bank Reconciliation to August 31, 2013 be accepted as presented.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

6. OFFENBERGER
\n SCHNEIDER
\n RESOLVED that the August\/September Animal Control Report be accepted as presented by the Animal Control Officer.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

7. SCHNEIDER
\n OFFENBERGER
\nWHEREAS the August employee overtime reports have been received and reviewed by Council;
\nBE IT RESOLVED that the overtime hours recorded be accepted as presented and be approved for payment as attached hereto.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

8. OFFENBERGER
\n SCOUTEN
\n RESOLVED that the Village Office be closed on Friday September 27, 2013.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried. <\/p>\n

9. ZEBINSKI
\n SCOUTEN
\n RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of The Municipal Act, Council go into Committee of the Whole and close the meeting to the public.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

10. SCHNEIDER
\n OFFENBERGER
\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(4) of the Municipal Act, that this meeting be re-opened to the public.
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried.<\/p>\n

11. SCOUTEN
\n\t ZEBINSKI
\nRESOLVED that we do adjourn the Regular Meeting of Counci at 10:35 pm.
