Local resident, Logan Tanner, along with design partner Jon Wilzon (Winnipeg), where chosen as finalists for their print ad entered in the 2013 Big Rock Eddies advertising competition.

Big Rock Brewery holds an annual advertizing competition inviting Canadians to submit video and print advertisements for Big Rock Beer. Finalists are invited to Calgary to attend “The Eddies” awards night: a fun, ‘academy award style’ evening complete with limo arrivals, red carpet interviews and a dynamic awards ceremony.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/br><\/br>On Sept 4, 2013 at the Jack Singer Concert Hall in Calgary, AB,
\nLogan and Jon’s ad won the Student category and the Calgary Sun Reader’s Choice Award.<\/p>\n

<\/br>Logan and Jon are currently entering their 2nd year of Creative Communications at Red River College in Winnipeg.
