The victim was transported by EMS to Swan River hospital &#8211; being treated &#038; later released. <\/p>\n<p>Darcy Norman Audy (33 year old male), of Swan River, Manitoba has been charged with:  Assault with a Weapon, Assault Causing Bodily Harm, and Fail to comply with an Undertaking.<\/p>\n<p>Audy was remanded to appear in Swan River provincial court on August 9, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation continues.<\/p>\n<p>No further information is available at this time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RCMP Media Release | On August 7, 2013 just a little after 5 pm the Swan River RCMP, and Parkland EMS were dispatched via &#8216;911&#8217; to an assault with a weapon complaint in Swan River, Manitoba.
