\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
2.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 W. Robb
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meetings of Council held on June 5th, \t2013 & June 19th, 2013 shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Swan Lake Watershed Conservation District\u2019s 2012-2013 Audited \tFinancial Statement has been received by the Minitonas Town Council.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
4.\tD. Bartel – J. Caruk
\n\tWHEREAS the Public Works Employee Overtime Reports have been received & reviewed \tby Council;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT all applicable overtime hours recorded for the \tmonth of June, 2013 shall be approved and paid out with the July 15th, 2013 payroll or \tbooked for future use as indicated on the aforementioned reports, copies of which have been \tattached hereto.

5.\tW. Robb – S. Windsor
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Public Works Report for the month of June, 2013 shall be accepted \tas submitted by the Town Foreman, a copy of which is attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
6.\tW. Robb – D. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:00 pm to meet again for the next regular \tmeeting of Council to be held on the 17th day of July, 2013 A.D. at 7:00 pm.
