\"\"A Regular Meeting of Council of the Village of Benito was called to order at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 in the Village Council Chambers.<\/p>\n

Present – Mayor Meadows,
\nDeputy Mayor Scouten; <\/p>\n

Councilor Offenberger; Councilor Zebinski; Councilor Schneider
\nChief Administrative Officer – Pat Ellingson<\/p>\n

Mayor Meadows called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.<\/p>\n

\nFire Department \u2013 Fire Chief B. Woytkiw and Deputy Fire Chief Tom Koehn<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on May 28, 2013 be accepted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the agenda for the Regular meeting held on June 11, 2013 be adopted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that accounts numbered 24708 to 24762 in the amount totaling $35, 283.19 be ratified as paid.

\nRESOLVED that the Village of Benito approve the 2013 Budget of the Swan Valley District Recreation Commission as presented; and
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 2013 Levy of $3298.75 be approved for payment.

\nRESOLVED that the Village of Benito sit as a Board of Revision for the 2014 Assessment Rolls for the Village of Benito on October 22nd, 2013 at 7:15pm in the Village Council Chambers;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all members of Council be appointed as members of the Board of Revision and that Pat Ellingson be appointed as recoding Secretary to hear appeals to the Real Property, Personal Property and Business Assessment Rolls for the Year 2014.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the Benito Fire Department Wages Summary for the Period from December 2012 to June 2013 attached hereto as Schedule \u201cA\u201d be accepted and approved for payment as presented.

\nRESOLVED that the Village of Benito authorize payment of the 2013 Membership Fees to the Swan Valley Mutual Aid District in the amount of $200.00.

\nWHEREAS the Employee overtime reports have been received and reviewed by Council;
\nBE IT RESOLVED that the hours recorded be accepted as presented and approved for payment as attached hereto as Schedule \u201cA\u201d.
