BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby designate Kelsey Doerksen as a Junior Firefighter of the Pine River Fire Department subject to the following conditions:
\n-Express written consent is received from the Junior Firefighter\u2019s parent(s)\/guardian(s);
\n-The Junior Firefighter\u2019s active involvement will be limited to attending meetings and training, and light duty on scene as directed by the Fire Chief.

\tBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby accept the quotation for large culvert at R.M. Compound from Orest Kolisnyk as attached in Schedule \u2018A\u2019.

\tBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby accept the offer to purchase Lot 2 Plan 3040, Pine River, MB from Otto Pelley in the amount of $200.00 plus $415.00 legal costs.
\n\t\tCARRIED.
\n\t\tFor 7 \tAgainst 0 <\/p>\n
\tWHEREAS the mechanism is only capable of collecting either $12.00 or $16.00 per 1,000 gallons of bulk water at Mafeking Water Treatment Plant; and <\/p>\n
\tWHEREAS water rate study submitted to the Public Utilities Board included a bulk water rate of $14.00 per 1,000 gallons; <\/p>\n
\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby request the Public Utilities Board to review and vary the bulk water rate submitted to $12.00 for the first 12 months, and $16.00 thereafter.
