\"\"A Regular Meeting of Council of the Village of Benito was called to order at 7:00 pm on Tuesday April 9, 2013 in the Village Council Chambers.
\nPresent – Mayor Meadows, Councilor Offenberger; Councilor Zebinski;
\nChief Administrative Officer – Pat Ellingson
\nAbsent with permission: Deputy Mayor Scouten; Councilor Schneider<\/p>\n

Mayor Meadows called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on April 3, 2013 be adopted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the agenda for the Regular meeting held on April 9, 2013 be adopted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that accounts numbered 24619 to 24658 in the amount totaling $39,578.20 be ratified as paid.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nWHEREAS the Village of Benito has received an offer to purchase the property legally described as 7\/8 1759 and located at 153 First Street W.; and
\nWHEREAS the Council of the Village of Benito deem the property value to be greater than the offer submitted;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Benito do not accept the offer as submitted.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that we do adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council at 9:05pm.
