After enjoying conversations and a tasty breakfast, hikers stepped out into radiant sunshine. The 2013 Hillsview Hike was underway. <\/p>\n

Students from
\nBowsman School,
\nalong with their teachers,
\nadded energy to this year\u2019s journey.<\/center><\/br><\/br><\/p>\n

Many stories and conversations were shared on the road and the kilometers just passed and ended up behind us. Ahead was lunch, hot soup that warmed bodies chilled by a moderate west wind. And then more conversations. <\/p>\n

The Bowsman students passed the baton and they headed back to school while others continued the Hike.<\/p>\n

As the travelling slowed a bit and tiredness began to show the Minitonas Sunday School students, parents, and teachers joined the Hike! Wow! What enthusiasm! That enthusiasm and energy was shared and the remainder of the journey seemed to pass so quickly. <\/p>\n

Chili, hot dogs, and cake, and a warm welcome awaited us at the Minitonas United Church.<\/p>\n
