On Monday, March 25, 2013 Swan Valley Settlement and Immigration services held a food tasting and cooking event with an Egyptian theme.

<\/br>Mary Salib, one of our newer Valley residents cooked Koshary for us to try. <\/p>\n

It was a traditional Egyptian food consisting of lentils, pasta, rice and tomato sauce with spices. <\/p>\n

\nAs usual everyone had a good evening and got to meet and interact with new people and have fun.
