One victim was transported by EMS to Swan River hospital as a precaution &#8211; being treated &#038; later released. <\/p>\n<p>Richard Norman Simpson (47 years old) of Sapotaweyak Cree Nation has been charged with:  Assault with a Weapon x 2, Breach Probation x 2.<\/p>\n<p>Simpson was remanded to appear in Dauphin provincial court on March 4, 2013 (today).<\/p>\n<p>The investigation continues.<\/p>\n<p>No further information is available at this time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RCMP Media Release | On March 2, 2013 at about 3:30 am the Swan River RCMP, and Parkland EMS were dispatched to an assault with a weapon complaint in Shoal River, Manitoba (Sapotaweyak Cree Nation).
