BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby approve the Municipal Right of Way Application Plan #9094901 MTS dated December 3rd, 2012;
\nAND THAT the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the Rural Municipality of Mountain.

WHEREAS Section 152(3) of The Municipal Act authorizes Council to close a meeting to the public to discuss certain matters;
\nAND WHEREAS Section 15.13 of By-Law #01\/11, The Procedures By-Law of The Rural Municipality of Mountain, instructs a member to;
\n\u201c…keep in confidence a matter that is discussed at a meeting closed to the public under subsection 152(3) of The Act until the matter is discussed at a council meeting conducted in public.\u201d
\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain meet as a committee to discuss contract negotiations.
