Robb \u2013 S. Windsor<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.<br \/>\n\t Carried.\t<\/p>\n<p>2.\tD. Bartel \u2013 S. Windsor<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meetings of Council held on \tNovember 7th, 21st, and 28th, 2012 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tD. Bartel \u2013 W. Robb<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS an application has been submitted to Federal Government under the \tCanadian Infrastructure Improvement Fund to assist with the costs of critical \trepairs to maintain the integrity of the Minitonas Community Hall and interior \trenovations to allow for improved capacity and usage, and;<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS there will still be a substantial amount of funding required to cover the \tmunicipality\u2019s portion of the project;<br \/>\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to submit an \tapplication to the Thomas Sill Foundation for financial assistance with the \tMinitonas Community Hall Enhancement Project.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tD. Bartel \u2013 S. Windsor<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 5\/2012, being a By-Law of the Town of \tMinitonas for the purpose of establishing a Minitonas Hall Reserve Fund shall be \tread a third time this 5th day of December, 2012 A.D., signed by the Mayor, and \tsigned and sealed by the Chief Administrative Officer.<br \/>\n\tBarkowski\t\tyes<br \/>\n\tCaruk\t\t\tabsent<br \/>\n\tRobb\t\t\tyes<br \/>\n\tBartel\t\t\tyes<br \/>\n\tWindsor\t\tyes<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tW. Robb &#8211; Windsor<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Public Works Report for the month of November shall be \taccepted as submitted by the Town Foreman, a copy of which is attached hereto.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tD. Bartel \u2013 S. Windsor<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS the Public Works Employee Overtime Reports have been received &#038; \treviewed by Council;<br \/>\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT all applicable overtime hours \trecorded for the month of November, 2012 shall be paid out with the December 15, \t2012 payroll or booked for future use as indicated on the aforementioned reports, \tcopies of which have been attached hereto.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tW. Robb &#8211; D. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 4\/2012, being a By-Law of the Town of \tMinitonas for the purpose of governing the organization of the Town of Minitonas \tCouncil and the Committees thereof, shall be introduced and read a first time this \t5th day of December, 2012 A.D.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tS. Windsor &#8211; W. Robb<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 4\/2012, being a By-Law of the Town of \tMinitonas for the purpose of governing the organization of the Town of Minitonas \tCouncil and the Committees thereof, shall be read a second time this 5th day of \tDecember, 2012 A.D.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tW. Robb \u2013 D. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 6\/2012, being a By-Law of the Town of \tMinitonas for the purpose of establishing Indemnities for Members of Council and \tthe Committees thereof, shall be read a second time this 5th day of December, 2012 \tA.D.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tS. Windsor \u2013 D. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 6\/2012, being a By-Law of the Town of \tMinitonas for the purpose of establishing Indemnities for Members of Council and \tthe Committees thereof shall be read a third time this 5th day of December, 2012 \tA.D., signed by the Mayor, and signed and sealed by the Chief Administrative \tOfficer.<br \/>\n\tBarkowski\t\tyes<br \/>\n\tCaruk\t\t\tabsent<br \/>\n\tRobb\t\t\tyes<br \/>\n\tBartel\t\t\tyes<br \/>\n\tWindsor\t\tyes<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>11.\tD. Bartel \u2013 S. Windsor<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS the Minitonas Town Council has reviewed and revised their Strategic \tPlan for 2013;<br \/>\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to adopt the \tTown of Minitonas Strategic Plan as revised, a copy of which is attached hereto.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>12.\tW. Robb \u2013 S.
