\nWHEREAS Section 84.1 of The Municipal Act requires all municipalities to establish a Code of Conduct for Council Members;
\nAND WHEREAS Council Members have a duty to comply with the code;
\nNOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Council of the Rural Municipality of Swan River approve the \u201cCouncil Members Code of Conduct\u201d as received.
