\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be revised to include the consideration of \ttemporary funding for the payment of the first portion of the Lagoon Expansion \tProject.

\n\tWHEREAS the Minitonas Town Council has determined that it is necessary to \tdevelop a better policy regarding the removal of snow from streets, lanes and \tsidewalks within town limits;
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to contract Lonnie Armistead Services to \tremove snow as per the terms and conditions of the attached agreement.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minitonas Town Policy regarding Snow Removal \u2013 \tSection \u2018PW\u2019 Public Works shall be revised as per the edits highlighted on the copy \tattached hereto.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minitonas Town Policy regarding Town Owned \tProperty-Section \u2018P\u2019 shall be revised as per the edits highlighted on the copy \tattached hereto.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 6\/2012, being a by-law of the Town of \tMinitonas for the purpose of establishing Indemnities for Members of Council and \tthe Committees thereof, shall be introduced and read a first time this 28th day of \tNovember, 2012 A.D.

\n\tWHEREAS the Minitonas Town Council has reviewed and updated the \tmunicipality\u2019s purchasing guidelines and created a \u2018Procurement Policy\u2019;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to amend the \tTown of Minitonas Policy-\u2018A\u2019 Administrative as highlighted in yellow on the copy \tattached hereto.

7.\tS. Windsor \u2013 D. Bartel
\n\tWHEREAS the Minitonas Town Council has applied for funding under the CIIF \tProgram and wishes to revise said application as a 2 Component Plan;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to send written \tnotice of said revision and request that only Component No. 1 be covered under the \tcurrent application with the amount being requested to be revised accordingly;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the CAO is hereby authorized to apply \tfor funding of Component No. 2 under the Hometown Manitoba Program.

\n\tWHEREAS the Minitonas Age Friendly Committee has approached the Town \tCouncil with a proposal to hold a monthly \u2018Coffee House\u2019 to provide local \tentertainment and also as a fundraiser for the Minitonas Community Hall \tEnhancement Project;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to provide the \thall \u2018Free of Charge\u2019 for said events;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the CAO is hereby authorized to open a \tnew \u2018Minitonas Hall Reserve\/Savings Account at the Swan Valley Credit Union \tunder the current signing authorities and place all funds collected through \tdonations or fundraising for the Minitonas Community Hall Enhancement Project \tinto this new Reserve Account.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 5\/2012, being a by-law of the Town of \tMinitonas for the purpose of establishing a Minitonas Hall Reserve Fund, shall be \tintroduced and read a first time this 28th day of November, 2012 A.D.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 5\/2012, being a by-law of the Town of \tMinitonas to establish a Minitonas Hall Reserve Fund, shall be read a second time \tthis 28th day of November, 2012 A.D.

\n\tWHEREAS the Minitonas Town Council has borrowing approved for the \tMinitonas Lagoon Project under By-Law No. 3\/2010;
\n\tAND WHEREAS there is a need to a arrange temporary financing for payment of \ta significant portion of the project in order to fulfill the requirements of the \tManitoba Rural Infrastructure Fund under the current agreement for the project;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to apply to the \tSwan Valley Credit Union for a temporary increase of $350,000 to the existing line \tof credit until such time as the funding has been paid through MRIF Program, the \tproject has been completed and the full amount of debenture funding has been \tdetermined.
