\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

Councillor Windsor arrived at 7:10 pm.<\/p>\n

Councillor Bartel arrived at 7:20 pm.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT approval of payment be made for the List of Accounts \tnumbered 5056 to 5095 inclusive, amounting to $78,004.10.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Bank Reconciliation for the month ending October 31st, \t2012 shall be approved as presented.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the annual Reserve Fund Transfers shall be authorized by the \tMinitonas Town Council in accordance with the 2012 Financial Plan as shown on \tSchedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.
