The Living Word Bible College, Opening 2012-2013 was held on September 16th, 2012. <\/p>\n

Approximately 90 people attended the morning worship service at 10 AM.
\n<\/br>

\"\"<\/a>Those in attendance received words of encouragement from the book of James (chapter 3) which warns us to guard our tongue; what and how we are to speak to people.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>
\n<\/br><\/br>Everyone enjoyed a delicious hot meal prepared by Bonnie Bremnes and the Food Services Team.
\n<\/br>
\n<\/br>
\nThe LWBC Opening Program began at 1:30 pm and was attended by 115 people. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>
\n<\/br>The service included a time of worship through singing, a performance by the Living Word Bible College choir (2 Ukrainian songs, 1 English song), a time of sharing by Pastor Wayne Church, and a message by Pastor Byron Hardy.
\n<\/br><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>Pastor Byron spoke about what it means to be a Christian \u2013 that we must be willing to give up something for the sake of Christ, to be a disciple of Christ. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>
\nEveryone enjoyed wonderful desserts and a time of visiting following the afternoon service.<\/br>
\n\"\"<\/a>Thank you to all who attended the day of celebration and also to those who have generously donated in various ways to Living Word Ministries and Bible College.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
