\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as circulated.
\n\t Carried.\t<\/p>\n

2.\tD. Bartel – W. Robb
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Public Works Report for the month of July shall be \taccepted as submitted by the Town Foreman, a copy of which is attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

3.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 D. Bartel
\n\tWHEREAS the Public Works Employee Overtime Reports have been received & \treviewed by Council;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT all applicable overtime hours \trecorded for the month of July, 2012 shall be paid out with the August 15, 2012 \tpayroll or booked for future use as indicated on the aforementioned reports, copies \tof which have been attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

4.\tS. Windsor – J. Caruk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meetings of Council held on July \t4th, 2012 and July 18th, 2012 and the Public Hearing held on July 4th, 2012 shall be \tadopted as circulated.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

5.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 D. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minitonas Town Council does hereby agree to enter into \tan agreement for contract services as attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

6.\tD. Bartel \u2013 S. Windsor
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the attached purchase shall be approved by the Minitonas \tTown Council.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

7.\tS. Windsor \u2013 W. Robb
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the transfer of funds shall be authorized by the Minitonas \tTown Council as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

8.\tW. Robb – S. Windsor
\n\tWHEREAS the Minitonas Town Council has reviewed and approves the revised \tAgreement for Animal Control Services as attached hereto;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to hire the \tcontract services of Daryl Chartrand as Animal Control Officer for the \tMunicipality under the terms and conditions of the attached agreement;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Mr. Chartrand shall be appointed as a \tDesignated Officer for the municipality regarding all issues related to Animal \tControl and the payment for said services shall be retroactive to July 15, 2012.

9.\tS. Windsor \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Officer\u2019s report for the month of July \tshall be accepted as presented, a copy of which is attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

10.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 W. Robb
\n\tWHEREAS the Town of Minitonas has an opportunity to apply for a federal grant \tto repair and enhance existing infrastructure;
\n\tAND WHEREAS there is an urgent need to repair or replace the roof of the \tCommunity Hall and install proper access to the facility for mobility\tdisadvantaged persons;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minitonas Town Council does \thereby authorize the CAO to submit an application to the Government of Canada \tfor a grant under the Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund in accordance \twith the plans and recommendations received from JCM Design Services.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

11.\tD. Bartel \u2013 W. Robb
\n\tWHEREAS the Minitonas Town Council has received a request for consideration \tregarding the rental agreement for the 2nd Floor of the Minitonas Library \tBuilding;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the agreement be amended for the \tremainder of 2012 as attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

12.\tS. Windsor \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the attached ad be placed in the Star & Times with regards to \tthe Public Notice for the Board of Revision for the 2012 Assessment Roll \u2013 Town \tof Minitonas, as set for November 7th, 2012;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the deadline for submission of appeals to \tthe Secretary of the Board shall be set at October 22nd, 2012.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

13.\tW. Robb \u2013 S. Windsor
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:52 pm to meet again for the next \tregular meeting of Council to be held on the 15th day of August, 2012 A.D. at 7:00 \tpm.
