Denise Gogal have submitted an application to subdivide a 2.84 acre parcel on Pt. N 17-36-27W which contains an existing yardsite with residence;<br \/>\nAND the subject property is designated AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT AREA according to the Swan Valley Planning District Development Plan and is zoned \u201cAG\u201d Agricultural General according to R.M. of Swan River Zoning By-Law No. 2383-04;<br \/>\nAND the Development Plan, Section 3.3.4.3 c) allows for the subdivision of a rural residence for a retiring resident farmer;<br \/>\nAND the Zoning By-Law provides for a non-farm residence as a permitted use within this zone and the proposed lot conforms to all minimum standards;<br \/>\nNOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that council in meeting duly assembled hereby approve said subdivision application.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>DON MACHAN<br \/>\nBRIAN BURICK<br \/>\nWHEREAS Ann Haggerty has submitted an application to subdivide the Westerly 2.5 acre parcel on Pt. Lot 2, Plan 42523 (NE 1\/4 Sec. 9-37-27W), the proposed lot will be sold for new rural residence;<br \/>\nAND the subject property is designated AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT AREA according to the Swan Valley Planning District Development Plan and is zoned \u201cAG\u201d Agricultural General according to R.M. of Swan River Zoning By-Law No. 2383-04;<br \/>\nAND the Development Plan, Section 3.3.4.2 c) allows for the subdivision of a rural residences on land with low potential for agricultural use;<br \/>\nAND the Zoning By-Law provides for a non-farm residence as a permitted use within this zone and the proposed lot conforms to all minimum standards;<br \/>\nNOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that council in meeting duly assembled hereby approve said subdivision application.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>GLEN FOSTER<br \/>\nDON MACHAN<br \/>\nWHEREAS Patricia Ann Minish has submitted an application to subdivide a 3.03 acre parcel on Pt. Cartage Ltd.\t\t\t$72,678.75<br \/>\nCampbell Construction \t\t\t\t$133,283.55<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the tender bid submitted by Cook Bros.
