1. \tJ. Caruk \u2013 D. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.
\n\t Carried.\t<\/p>\n
2.\tW. Robb \u2013 S. Windsor
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on June 6th, 2012 and June 20th, 2012 shall be adopted as circulated.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
3.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 D. Bartel
\n\tWHEREAS workplace safety & health regulations require a change in equipment required for certain Public Works Procedures;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minitonas Town Council does approve the attached equipment purchase, and;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT a transfer of funds equal to the full amount of the purchase, including transportation and safety costs shall be \tauthorized from the municipality\u2019s Machinery Reserve Account.

4.\tS. Windsor \u2013 W. Robb
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minitonas Town Council does approve the attached purchase from Armtec, and;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT a transfer of $5000.00 shall be hereby \tauthorized from the municipality\u2019s General Reserve Account in accordance with \tthe 2012 Financial Plan.

5.\tW. Robb \u2013 S. Windsor
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Public Works Report for the month of June shall be accepted as submitted by the Town Foreman, a copy of which is attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
6.\tD. Bartel \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tWHEREAS the Public Works Employee Overtime Reports have been received & \treviewed by Council;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT all applicable overtime hours recorded for the month of June, 2012 shall be paid out with the July 15, 2012 \tpayroll or booked for future use as indicated on the aforementioned reports, copies \tof which have been attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
7.\tW. Robb \u2013 S. Windsor
\n\tWHEREAS a Public Hearing was held on July 4th, 2012 in accordance with Section 169(1) of The Planning Act, with all requirements met for Public Notice, and;
\n\tWHEREAS the Provisions of Section 106(1)(b) have been met;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Town of Minitonas does hereby grant the attached Conditional Use Order with no specific terms or \tconditions, provided that said lagoon expansion is built in accordance with the Engineered Plans and under the Terms & Conditions of Environment License 603R dated April 25th, 2011.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 9:50 pm to meet again for the next regular meeting of Council to be held on the 18th day of July, 2012 A.D. at 7:00 pm.
