\nWHEREAS David & Stacey Slack have submitted an application to subdivide a 4.5 acre parcel on Pt. NE 12-36-28W which contains an existing yardsite with residence;
\nAND the subject property is designated AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT AREA according to the Swan Valley Planning District Development Plan and is zoned \u201cAG\u201d Agricultural General according to R.M. of Swan River Zoning By-Law No. 2383-04;
\nAND the Development Plan, Section 3.3.4.2 d) allows for the subdivision of a rural residence that has been rendered surplus;
\nAND the Zoning By-Law provides for a non-farm residence as a permitted use within this zone and the proposed lot conforms to all minimum standards;
\nNOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that council in meeting duly assembled hereby approve said subdivision application.
