\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on May \t2nd, 2012 and May 16th, 2012 shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Minitonas Town Council do hereby go \t\u2018In Camera\u2019 in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act \tregarding Agenda Item No. 12.1 pertaining to a complaint received.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the meeting of the Minitonas Town Council shall hereby re-\topen to the public.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the attached expenditures shall be approved regarding the \t2012 Summer Games Project.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minitonas Town Council agrees to accept an invitation to \tmeet together with other \u2018G-7\u2019 Swan Valley Municipalities to form a joint \tcommittee and further discuss possible options to tax sharing of future \tcommercial development;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Town of Minitonas Council \tRepresentatives who sit on the Swan Valley Economic Development Committee \t(Swan Valley RISE) shall sit on this new \u2018Tax Sharing Committee\u2019.

\n\tWHEREAS the attached invoice was received and reviewed by council;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to make payment \tof the municipality\u2019s 50% share of said invoice in January, 2013 and include that \tthe cost in the 2013 Utility Budget for the Town of Minitonas;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Water System Assessment Report be \taccepted as submitted by Manitoba Water Services Board, and the CAO shall be \tauthorized to sign said report on behalf of the municipality.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Public Works Report for the month of May shall be \taccepted as submitted by the Town Foreman, a copy of which is attached hereto.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the rental of the Town of Minitonas Equipment shall be \tauthorized by council as attached hereto.

\n\tWHEREAS the Public Works Employee Overtime Reports have been received & \treviewed by Council;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT all applicable overtime hours \trecorded for the month of May, 2012 shall be paid out with the June 15, 2012 \tpayroll or booked for future use as indicated on the aforementioned reports, copies \tof which have been attached hereto.

\n\tWHEREAS the Town of Minitonas is hosting \u2018Beach Volleyball Competitions\u2019 \tduring the Manitoba Summer Games;
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby declare the week of July 3rd to 6th, 2012 as \t\u2018Community Clean-Up Week\u2019 and shall offer the use of the Town Public Works \tTrucks & Drivers free of charge to haul debris & trimmings in order to \u2018beautify \tthe community\u2019 for visitors.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attached request for vacation & \tpaid medical leave.

\n\tWHEREAS the Minitonas Town Council wishes to promote development in the \tcommunity;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to provide a 50% \trebate on the total cost of installation of new Water & Sewer Hookups, including \tboth the $30 \u2018Per Foot Fee\u2019 and the $1000 \u2018Connection Fee\u2019.

\n\tWHEREAS the Province of Manitoba \u2013 Manitoba Infrastructure & Transportation \thas requested an application for renewal and update of their accounts receivable \trecords;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the CAO shall be authorized to edit, \tsign & submit said application renewal on behalf of the Town of Minitonas, a copy \tof which is attached hereto.

15.
\n\tD. Bartel \u2013 S. Windsor
\n\tWHEREAS the Province of Manitoba has discontinued the Community Loans \tProgram and requested repayment of all outstanding loans sponsored through the \tprogram, and;
\n\tWHEREAS the Town of Minitonas was a member of the Swan Valley Enterprise \tCentre Community Development Corporation and as such, have a direct interest in \tthe repayment of said loan;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minitonas T\\own Council does \thereby support the reinstatement of the \u2018Swan Valley Enterprise Centre \tCommunity Development Corporation\u2019 for the purpose of repaying the outstanding \tloan in the amount of $20,000.00 to the Province of Manitoba.
