Cataract Surgery Program Swan River<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first slate of surgeries, for the new Cataract Surgery Program in Swan River, commenced April 16-18.
\n<\/br>
\n<\/br>
\nThere were 12 surgeries a day, over the three days, for a total of 36 cataract surgery procedures. The Program is headed by Dr. Robert Beldavs of Winnipeg, who had anesthesia support during the first surgery slate from Dr. Jason Scott of Dauphin. The next slate of surgeries will be June 11-13th. <\/p>\n

The PRHA thanks all of the nursing staff, managers, and physicians for their dedication and commitment to this new program.<\/p>\n
