Minutes of Council meeting held in Bowsman Council Chambers on October 19, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Deputy Mayor Daphne Currie and Councillors Joyce Readman, Courtney Densen and Garry McFadyen. Mayor Leanne Hutman was absent with permission. Deputy Mayor Daphne Currie chaired the meeting.

CALL TO ORDER 7:30 pm

ADOPTION OF AGENDA

RESOLVED THAT the agenda for the October 19, 2011meeting of Council be adopted as amended.

BOARD OF REVISION

WHEREAS no appeals have been received for the 2012 Board of Revision;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 2012 Board of Revision that was scheduled for October 19, 2011 be hereby cancelled.

RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the September 21, 2011 regular meeting of council be adopted as presented.
