WHEREAS Council of The Municipality of Swan Valley West hired Dale Rose as By-Law Enforcement Officer and wishes to extend his contract for the year 2022;
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the contract shall be extended as per attached Service Agreement signed by the Reeve on behalf of the Municipality.

7.5 Subdivision Application W1/2 18-34-29W

WHEREAS the owners of W ½ SEC. 18-34-29 W have made an application to subdivide their property; and
WHEREAS the proposed yard site is greater than the 10 acres maximum and a Variance will be required; and
WHEREAS Council of The Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated December 1st, 2021 and have no objections to the aforementioned subdivision;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the Subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided a Variance is obtained, and as well as all conditions and requirements set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.
