Regular Meeting of the members of the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman, held in the Council Chambers, in Minitonas, Manitoba this 3rd day of December, 2019 A.D. at 7:00 p.m.

RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
Carried.

2. D. Wagner – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT Minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on November 19, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.

3. L. Hutman – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expenses Reports as submitted.
Carried.

4. G. Bartel – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay for the removal of beavers as per the attached.
Carried.

5. C. Densen – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT the Minitonas Office will be closed on December 6th and 27th, 2019.
Carried.

6. G. Bartel – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT the Council is in favor of extending the Public Works casual contract position until December 17, 2019.
Carried.

7. D. Wagner – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT the Reeve by hereby authorized to sign the ‘Agreement for Contract Services’ for the position of Relief Handi-Van Driver.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the position be under agreement for contract services and shall be paid in accordance with the pay schedule and in accordance with the position description.

8. C. Densen – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman do hereby agree to go “In Camera” as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

9. G. Bartel – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

10. D. Wagner – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to purchase a sand spreader.
Carried.

11. C. Densen – G. Bartel
RESOLVED THAT Councillor Densen’s written Committee Reports be received.
Carried.

12. D. Wagner – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 9:37 p.m. to meet again on December 17th at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
