RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.

RESOLVED THAT that Courtney Densen shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this Council meeting.

RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on November 5th shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.

4. G. Bartel – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of October 2019 be accepted as submitted.

5. D. Wagner – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council at 8:00 p.m. to open the Public Hearing regarding a Kennel Application.

6. C. Densen – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 7181 to 7296 inclusive, amounting to $1,671,279.86.
Carried.

7. S. Walmsley – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement for the month ending October 31, 2019 shall be approved as presented.
Carried.

8. W. Kolisnyk – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
Carried.

9. G. Bartel – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT the Council is in favor of extending the Public Works casual contract position until December 3, 2019.
Carried.

10. L. Hutman – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the assessment changes as listed by Manitoba Local Government – Swan River Assessment Office, a copy of which are attached hereto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the necessary changes me made to the 2019 Assessment Roll, under the authority of Sections 300(6) and 326 of The Municipal Act.

11. C. Densen – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve attendance of three (3) members of Council at the AMM Education – Respectful Workplace: Ending Harassment and Bullying in Brandon November 25, 2019 and;
BE IT RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said course will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

12. S. Walmsley – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go “In Camera” as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152(3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

13. G. Bartel – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

14. S. Walmsley – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of Council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.

15. C. Densen – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT Councillor Densen’s written Committee Reports be received.
Carried.

16. G. Bartel – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 11:46 p.m. to meet again on December 3rd at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
